Billie Archuletta has been Vacation Rental Manager for three years after spending two years as The House Company’s office administrator. She is a licensed Texas REALTOR® and has pursued education in Property Management. In addition, her family has been involved in property management for over 35 years. Billie serves as Treasurer for the Lafitte Townhomes Owners’ Association and is a member of Island Church. The Archuletta family takes advantage of everything Galveston has to offer every chance they get – including fishing, relaxing at the beaches, dining and all of the festivities Galveston has to offer.

Brian Becker graduated from the Dominican University of California with a B.A. in E-Business and Global Marketing. Brian received numerous scholarships to continue his education and earned an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University. He has experience in sales, marketing, accounting, and strategic planning from various industries. Brian also has experience with property management in Oregon and California. Brian has volunteered with GHF for the Homes Tour, Dickens on the Strand, Galveston's Garden Tour, and various other events. Brian is the Long Term Rental Property Manager for The House Company.

Pat has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1980} starting out in Dallas in Commercial Real Estate} and then moved back to her home town Galveston in 1981. Pat worked in finance and insurance for her entire career beginning with GMAC} Yegen Associates} V.P. Intregrity Insurance Company} in 1982 Stan and Pat formed Seagate Inc.} a Marine Finance Company and Bank Plan Insurance agency } specializing in Marine Insurance. Pat started in 1987 full time in Real Estate joining The House Company in 1997 and Stan followed her in 1998 making JJ "Team Brown They take pride in the service they are able to • provide-with one of them almost always available to respond immediately to sellers and buyers. They are also proud to market the entire Island and now all of Galveston County} and of their contribution to giving The House Company a major presence in the commercial field. Pat and Stan are both members of Galveston Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors. Pat has served as MLS Membership Chairman} member of Galveston Historical Society. Stan is a member of UTMB Community Advisory Board} past President of Galveston Island Pachyderm} and member of Galveston Coffee Club. Both are very active in Grace Episcopal Church both have served on the Vestry} Lay Chaplins and Euchristic Ministers.

Katrina is a native Texan with strong ties to both Houston and Galveston Island. She graduated from St. John’s School in Houston and obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. Katrina holds a Master of Education from Colorado State University. A home owner on Galveston’s West End, Katrina is extremely familiar with Galveston Island’s resort properties and overall housing market. She is an avid reader and enjoys running on Galveston’s beaches and enjoying the wildlife of the West Isle. Her greatest joy is her family, who share in Katrina’s passion for all that Galveston offers. Cathy Maples has been a Texas Real Estate Broker selling Galveston real estate since 1975. She has been with The House Company since 1987 with sales involving residential, commercial & resort property, which have included many return customers over the years. She is a member of The Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors & Galveston Association of Realtors. For many years she has been a volunteer with the Galveston Meals on Wheels program serving on the Advisory Board, Secretary for 6 years, and serving on several committees including the annual golf tournament. She is a member of the UTMB Ollie group, takes continuing Yoga classes and keeps abreast of all civic & community activities.

Following a successful maritime career, Capt. Gordon Robinson became a licensed Realtor in Texas in 1988. A million dollar producer, Gordon has earned the GRI designation. He specializes in residential and resort sales on all of Galveston Island. Gordon was President of the Galveston Association of Realtors in 1999 and was named Realtor of the Year by GAR in 2000. He was a Director of GAR from 1998 through 2003 and was Chairman of the Galveston MLS from 2001 through 2003. He has been Chaplain for the Galveston Association of Realtors for many years. A life-long Presbyterian, Gordon has served his church as a Deacon, Elder and Trustee. Involved in many civic and cultural activities on the island, Gordon is immediate Past President of the Board of the Seafarers Center of Galveston, is the current Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine Patient Advisory Board at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and is a member of the President's Cabinet at UTMB. An active Rotarian, Gordon is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Albert "Sonny" Vaiani III, born and raised on Galveston Island, returned to the Island after a long, successful military career and settled in a historic island home. He served as an aero medical pilot and community liaison with Memorial Hermann Life Flight for 16 years. Sonny graduated from Ball High School, earned a B.S. degree in Psychology, received his M.A. from Webster University in Psychology/Human Relations, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He earned his Real Estate License in 2005 and activated this license in 2007 upon joining The House Company. He serves as the Program Chair for the Galveston Association of Realtors. He is an appointed member of the Governor’s EMS and Trauma Advisory Council’s (GETAC) Air Medical Committee and the Galveston Airport Advisory Committee, is an aviation safety counselor, and serves as a site surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems. He is a member of Sacred Heart Church, Sunday Morning Coffee Club, Knights of Columbus, Galveston Historical Foundation, and the Lone Star Flight Museum/Texas Aviation Hall of Fame. He is a member and serves on the Board of Directors for the ROTARY Club of Galveston and is President of the Galveston Island Humane Society Board of Directors. His sense of mission and attention to detail cultivated in the military and aviation are recognizable in his dedication to his clients in both residential and commercial real estate. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute “GRI” and "Green" designations by National Association of Realtors.

Sherry Villere holds a BBA in Business Administration from Lamar University and had been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the 1980's, prior to taking an extended leave to raise her family. She has been actively involved in property management in Houston and Galveston for over 33 years, returning to full-time sales in 2002. She has received the CRS® (Council of Residential Specialists), ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI® (Graduate Realtor Institute) professional designations and is a member of both the Galveston and Houston Associations of Realtors, as well as their respective Multiple Listing Services(MLS). She served as Secretary of the Galveston Association of Realtors Board of Directors from 2005-2007. She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and their extensive referral network throughout the USA. Sherry is also a member of the Galveston Chamber of Commerce and has served on several Boards of Directors in the Galveston and Houston communities, including Associated Catholic Charities in Houston and the Seafarers Center in Galveston. She is past Area Representative for Christian Women's Club; also, for many years she has assisted with local charity fund raising for Catholic Charities, Seafarers Center and others. Her special interests, besides her work, family and community, are sewing, vegetable gardening and her animals.
