Billie Archuleta has assumed the position of Manager of the Vacation Rental Department of the West End office of The House Company after spending two years as the office administrative manager, which included experience in the Vacation Rental Dept. She is a licensed Texas REALTOR® and has pursued education in Property Management. In addition, her family has been involved in property management for over 35 years. Billie was born in Houston, moved to Pennsylvania for several years, and then moved to Galveston with her husband and two daughters.

Brian Becker graduated from the Dominican University of California with a B.A. in E-Business and Global Marketing. Brian received numerous scholarships to continue his education and earned an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University. He has experience in sales, marketing, accounting, and strategic planning from various industries. Brian also has experience with property management in Oregon and California. Brian manages the newest Bed & Breakfast in Galveston called the Island Jewel, which has been open since January of 2006. Brian has volunteered with GHF for the Homes Tour, Dickens on the Strand, Galveston's Garden Tour, and various other events for the Galveston Bed & Breakfast Association. Brian is the Long Term Rental Property Manager for The House Company.

Pat and Stan, born the same year, graduated together at Galveston's Ball High School, met again 13 years later in Houston and in 15 months became "Team Brown." In the interim Stan sailed with the U. S. Merchant Marine and served in the US Army before attending the University of Houston and entering the business world. Their meeting was coincidental as they were employed in a related industry. Stan's employer was a small, unique national company, and after several moves they landed in Abilene, TX, when the company, recognizing Pat's talent, was asked to join the firm. After 14 years they moved to Dallas for 3 and then back to Galveston in 1981 and shortly established their own finance and insurance companies in the Clear Lake area but sold when oil went to $10. A licensed REALTOR since 1980; Pat began her real estate career in Galveston in 1986 with Stan joining her in 1998. As "Team Brown" they take pride in the service they are able to provide - with one of them almost always available to respond immediately to sellers and buyers. They are also proud to market the entire Island, and now all Galveston County, and of their contribution to giving The House Company a major presence in the commercial field. Both are very active in Grace Episcopal Church, Lay Chaplin's, the Pachyderm Club, and the community at large. They carry the designation of Texas Affordable Housing Specialist.

Addie Earthman Pappous is a sixth generation Houstonian who has lived in Galveston since 1994. In 1995, after attending the University of Arkansas, Addie received her Texas Real Estate License and earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. Addie has served as Treasurer of Junior League of Galveston County, has been a member of The President’s Cabinet at UTMB for several years, and was a founding member of the Galveston Pachyderm Club. Addie has garnered much experience with the local government and business environments as she managed the Island's largest antique shop, (Eiband’s Gallery) and several noted commercial buildings.

Jay has been servicing residential and commercial real estate needs in Galveston since 1973. He is a past president of the Galveston Association of Realtors (GAR), twice chairman of the Galveston Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and served several years on the board of directors. From 1988 to 1992, he also served as a VA appraiser for Galveston County. Jay is a native Galvestonian (BOI), attended the University of Texas at Austin and served with the US Army in Vietnam.

Edie, a native Galvestonian and Southern Methodist University graduate, has been licensed for a number of years and has worked in property management in both Dallas and Houston. In Galveston, Edie taught first grade for several years before joining the House Company as the office manager and bookkeeper. In 2002, Edie joined the excellent sales team, and currently works with both buyers and sellers. She is an active Trinity Episcopal School volunteer and former TES Board member, as well as a former Junior League of Galveston County Treasurer. Edie volunteers with various island community organizations throughout the year. When The House Company opened its west end office, Edie moved to that office to be the Sales Manager.

Bob has been a resident of Galveston since 1970 and has been active in real estate since 1992. He has obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist designations. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Galveston Association of Realtors for the past three years. He is active with Trinity Episcopal Church, the American Cancer Society, Animal Shelter & Adoption Center of Galveston, The University of Texas Medical Branch's President's Cabinet and The Grand 1894 Opera House. Bob specializes in residential listings and sales across the Island.

Cathy Maples, Broker Associate, has been a Realtor in Galveston since 1975. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate. She has served on several committees with the Galveston Association of Realtors, and MLS. She has been on the Advisory Board of Meals-on-Wheels for 8 years, and served as secretary for 5 years. She has also been a School and Church Board member at Sacred Heart Church.

Following a successful maritime career, Capt. Gordon Robinson became a licensed Realtor in Texas in 1988. A million dollar producer, Gordon has earned the GRI designation. He specializes in residential and resort sales on all of Galveston Island. Gordon was President of the Galveston Association of Realtors in 1999 and was named Realtor of the Year by GAR in 2000. He was a Director of GAR from 1998 through 2003 and was Chairman of the Galveston MLS from 2001 through 2003. He has been Chaplain for the Galveston Association of Realtors for many years. A life-long Presbyterian, Gordon has served his church as a Deacon, Elder and Trustee. Involved in many civic and cultural activities on the island, Gordon is immediate Past President of the Board of the Seafarers Center of Galveston, is the current Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine Patient Advisory Board at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and is a member of the President's Cabinet at UTMB. An active Rotarian, Gordon is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Albert "Sonny" Vaiani III, born and raised on Galveston Island, returned to the Island after a long, successful military career and settled in an historic island home. He served as an aero medical pilot and community liaison with Memorial Hermann Life Flight for 16 years. Sonny graduated from Ball High School, earned a B.S. degree in Psychology, received his M.A. from Webster University in Psychology/Human Relations, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He earned his Real Estate License in 2005 and activated this license in 2007 upon joining The House Company. He serves as the Program Chair for the Galveston Association of Realtors. He is an appointed member of the Governor’s EMS and Trauma Advisory Council’s (GETAC) Air Medical Committee and the Galveston Airport Advisory Committee, is an aviation safety counselor, and serves as a site surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems. He is a member of Sacred Heart Church, Sunday Morning Coffee Club, Knights of Columbus, Galveston Historical Foundation, and the Lone Star Flight Museum/Texas Aviation Hall of Fame. He is a member and serves on the Board of Directors for the ROTARY Club of Galveston and is President of the Galveston Island Humane Society Board of Directors. His sense of mission and attention to detail cultivated in the military and aviation are recognizable in his dedication to his clients in both residential and commercial real estate.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sam Houston State University, and also an Associates Degree in Social Work from Galveston College. Previously a Caseworker in Child Welfare, she loves helping people. Born and raised in Galveston County, she has lived in Galveston for the past 20 years. She has 3 children, two Ball High Graduates who now attend Texas A&M University and University of Texas San Antonio, and one who attends Weis Middle School where Susan is very active on the PTO Board. Although new to the Real Estate business, Susan owns several homes in Galveston, and appreciates the unique beauty and lifestyle that Galveston has to offer. She places great importance on hard work, integrity, and personal attention to Buyers and Sellers. Susan is a member of both Galveston and Houston Association of Realtors and is also a member of the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network.
